Flavia joins the Portillo family with over 15 years of Food & Beverage experience, specializing in Management and Sales. She grew up in the F&B industry as her family owned and operated multiple restaurants in the Las Vegas area.
A graduate from UNLV with a Hospitality degree, she is committed to using her education, and experience along with her determination to achieve a successful and fulfilling career. Enjoys the outdoors, and spending time with family and close friends.
