Kat joins the Portillo Sales and Marketing team bringing culinary expertise, operational
excellence and a passion for cooking & customer satisfaction. She is a dynamic food
service professional with 20+ years of experience managing culinary operations, leading
teams, and driving process improvements in delis, cafes, supermarkets, and schools. A
graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Program, with culinary work featured in notable
publications she comes with a mastery of cooking philosophy and proven ability to build
strong teams, optimize inventory control, and streamline food production processes and is
looking forward to bringing her skillset into the dynamic world of food brokering.
In her free time Kat enjoys spending time with her Pomeranian “Boo”, family, and friends.
An avid fan of the Las Vegas Raiders Football Team, she enjoys watching the games
throughout the season and tries to attend when possible.
