An accomplished Foodservice Sales leader with more than 4 decades of experience driving high-level sales growth, developing teams, and strengthening customer partnerships. Monique’s background includes deep expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, category management, and cultivating senior level relationships across the industry. Throughout her career, she have had the privilege of working for several best-in-class CPG organizations: including direct-selling and broker driven companies. This diverse experience has provided her with a broad understanding of distributor networks and operator customers.
Monique recently retired after 28 years with Simplot but quickly realized that her passion for client relationships and leadership development remains as strong as ever. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling with her husband, playing Pickleball, spending time with her two dogs, and making memories with her grandchildren.
