I started in the Retail Broker business 30+ years ago, I can’t believe it has been that long! My journey began in an entry-level role as a Retail Merchandiser, and over the next decade, I worked my way up to become a Retail Sales & Business Manager, leading broker retail teams and overseeing the retail strategy for several major brands.
After ten years+ with the broker, I took a leap of faith and launched my own retail merchandising company. I partnered with small brokers and brands, supporting their retail and sales efforts throughout Northern California. This entrepreneurial chapter lasted five years, after which I decided to return to the broker world. For the next 15 years, I worked as a Business Manager with smaller Produce focused Brokers.
Most recently, I’ve spent the past five years as a Southwest Sales Director, managing key retail accounts across California, Arizona, and Texas.
